Taiwan-based AU Optronics (AUO) has demonstrated clear 2.4 "display, supports multi-touch function. Such screens can be used in phones and other mobile devices. AUO is also very transparent display positioned as a solution for GPS-navigators. However, it is only the prototype, so is not yet known how quickly will be established commercial production of such displays. It should be noted that at this stage of development of a new screen from AUO does not always react responsively to control fingers.
